PURO Q&A: Eliza Mórawska-Kmita / White Plate
Today, a person who’s going to give answers to our questions is Eliza Mórawska - a culinary blogger, photographer and author of two books: “White Plate – Słodkie” and a recently published “On apples”. According to her, taste gives pleasure not only to a palate but also to eyes.
Eliza has recently visited the PURO Poznań Hotel and got fascinated with our cuisine and interiors. Have a look at how beautifully she has described them!
The way I experience the city is …
By means of all senses
When I feel like meeting people …
I meet my friends for wine
When I want to relax…
I stay at home and, after turning off my phone and computer, I prepare a pile of sandwiches and a thermos flask of tea with lemon and put it on a night table. Then, I jump into bed, immerse in my favorite books, and turn on some good music. It all feels like heaven.
I walk…
a lot. Most willingly on small streets. I love old houses and their stories as well as old gardens.
I discover…
That locals give the best advice as to where to go to eat with relish
I find treasure...
On Instagram and at beautiful things marketplaces. Thanks to them I have discovered how many talented people is all around us; people, who, with their own hands, create magnificent, unique objects with which I like to surround myself.
The taste of the city is…
The taste of good coffee and regional cuisine
Things I always carry with me are…
a camera and a notebook with a pen
In my suitcase I pack…
a book
