Check-in is from 15:00, while check-out is until 12:00. If you need to check-in earlier or check-out later, please contact our staff.
Children up to 12 years old, sleeping in the same bed with their parents, stay with us for free. Children under 3 years old can sleep in an additional child's bed – to confirm its availability, please contact one of our Hosts. Two of our rooms have been specially designed and adapted to the needs of disabled guests.
Our hotel is open to all guests, therefore all your four-legged friends are welcome too. There are no additional fees associated with this.
Refundable bookings can be cancelled up to 18:00 on the day before your arrival and can be done by e-mail or phone. Fully prepaid bookings are non-refundable.
PURO Wrocław offers a secure underground car park with 26 spaces. The daily rate for parking is PLN 100. Please ask our hosts for more information. Information on the nearest EV charging stations is available at our Hosts.
