  1. Can I park at the hotel?

    PURO Hotel Wrocław offers a secure underground car park with 25 places.
    The daily rate for parking is PLN 60.

  2. How do I get to the hotel?

    PURO Hotel Wrocław is located in the main center on Wlodkowica street - about 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. From the airport it takes 40 minutes by car or taxi. From the train station it’s about 10 minutes by car.

  3. Do you provide a shuttle service?

    No,  but we cooperate with local taxi services. – our concierge will be happy to arrange a transfer for you.

  4. Are there any extra fees?

    Breakfast - unless included in the room rate - is 50 PLN per person. The parking fee is 60 PLN per night.

  5. Can I come with a child / can I have an extra bed in my room?

    Yes, we provide a baby bed/cot for children under 3 years old - free of charge.

  6. Will I receive confirmation when I book?

    Yes, it will be sent to your email account automatically.

  7. How do I cancel my reservation?

    You need to log in to your account, enter your reservation reference together with your surname and then follow instructions.

  8. I forgot my password for log in – what do I do?

    Simply email us at reservations@purohotel.pl and we will send you a new one.

  9. What is the check in / check out time?

    Check-in 15.00, check-out 12.00 noon.

  10. Where can I find the best room rate?

    All of the best rates can be found on our website.

  11. Which credit cards do you accept?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, American Express, PolCard.

  12. Why do I need to check-in myself?

    We want to make life easy for you. Using the self-service check-in avoids having to queue. Self check-in takes, on average, only about 40 seconds!

  13. Will I receive a receipt?

    Yes, it will be sent directly to your registered email-address.

  14. Are there any rooms with disabled access?

    2 of our rooms have been specially designed and adapted to provide high-quality access for disabled guests.

  15. Can I bring a dog to stay in the hotel?

    Yes, you can, dogs are very welcome. 

  16. Can I leave my luggage somewhere?

    Yes, the luggage room is near the check-in kiosks.

  17. Do you provide room service? Can I order food in my room?

    We have room service available from 12am till 11pm. Food is available to order from 12am till 11pm. 

  18. How can I make a phone call outside the hotel / abroad?

    You can use the tablet in your room to do this by pressing the ‘Phone’ icon. You will need to know the international prefix (for international calls). If you don’t know or aren’t sure, you can find this information on the room’s smart TV.

  19. How much are phone calls?

    They’re free!

  20. Is there a restaurant at Puro Wrocław?

    HINT Food & Drinks is open from 12.00 noon until 23.00. The restaurant is located on "0" floor.

  21. Is there air conditioning in the room?

    Yes, and you can control it.

  22. What facilities do you provide in the room?

    All rooms feature well equipped shower-rooms and work spaces. There is a 40’ LED smart TV providing hotel information and services. A touch-operated tablet lets you to control air conditioning, lighting or phone calls. Your room devices will let you order room service, find out what is happening in the city and much more. Daily complimentary mineral water.

  23. How much is a taxi?

    It obviously depends on when and where you would like to go. You’ll find the most popular routes and indications of prices listed on the room’s smart TV.
