  1. Can I park at the hotel?

    PURO Poznań offers a secure underground car park with 21 places.
    The daily rate for parking is PLN 60. You may also use the outside 24hour guarded parking space at Stawna Street vis a vis PURO. Please ask our Hosts for more information

  2. How do I get to the hotel?

    PURO Poznań is located in the heart of the city about 2 minute walk from the Old Town.
    It is located about 3,5 km from the main railway station called Poznan Główny. To reach the hotel from the main station please choose tram number 8 or bus 51 and get off at Male Garbary. The easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport is by taxi. If you decide for local connection you will have to change once at Rondo Kaponiera (take a bus 48 or 77 from the airport and change at Rondo Kaponiera to bus 63 or tram 8). Please get off at Male Garbary

  3. Do you provide a shuttle service?

    No,  but we cooperate with local company EURO TAXI. The average cost is PLN 50 one way. We will be pleased to order a taxi for you.

  4. Are there any extra fees?

    Breakfast - unless included in the room rate - is 50 PLN per person. The parking fee is 60 PLN per night.

  5. Can I come with a child / can I have an extra bed in my room?

    Yes, we provide a baby cot for children under 4 years old - free of charge.
    You may ask an additional bed which is PLN 140/night

  6. Will I receive confirmation when I book?

    Yes, it will be sent to your phone number (if you decide to provide it) or email address.

  7. How do I cancel my reservation?

    Simply contact our team directly by phone or e-mail poznan@purohotel.pl

  8. I forgot my password for log in – what do I do?

    Simply email us at poznan@purohotel.pl and we will send you a new one.

  9. What is the check in / check out time?

    Check-in 15.00, check-out 12.00 noon.
    If you require early check in or late check out – please contact our Hosts. We will do our best to let you enjoy PURO for longer.

  10. Where can I find the best room rate?

    The best rates can always be booked at www.purohotel.pl or directly at the hotel.

  11. Which credit cards do you accept?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, American Express, PolCard.

  12. Why do I need to check-in myself?

    We want to make life easy for you. Using the self-service check-in avoids having to queue.
    Self check-in takes, on average, only about 40 seconds!

  13. Will I receive a receipt?

    Yes, it will be sent directly to your registered email-address on your departure day.

  14. Are there any rooms with disabled access?

    2 of our rooms have been specially designed and adapted to provide high-quality access for disabled guests.

  15. Can I bring a dog to stay in the hotel?

    Yes, you can, dogs are very welcome and they will accompany you free of charge.
    Please note there might be some additional charges in case of “emergencies”.

  16. Can I leave my luggage somewhere?

    Yes, the luggage room is near the check-in kiosks and it’s free.

  17. Do you provide room service? Can I order food in my room?

    We have room service available from 12am till 22:30pm. Food is available to order from 12am till 22:30pm.

  18. How can I make a phone call outside the hotel / abroad?

    You can use the tablet in your room to do this by pressing the ‘Phone’ icon. You will need to know the international prefix (for international calls). If you don’t know or aren’t sure, you can find this information on the room’s smart TV.

  19. How much are phone calls?

    They’re free!

  20. Is there a restaurant at puro Poznań?

    Nifty No 20. kitchen/café/bar is open daily from 06:30-22:30 Monday-Friday and 07:00-22:30 on weekends.

  21. Is there air conditioning in the room?

    Yes, and you can control it via the tablet in your room

  22. What facilities do you provide in the room?

    All rooms feature well equipped shower-rooms and work spaces. There is a 42’ LED smart TV providing hotel information and services. A touch-operated tablet lets you to control air conditioning, lighting or phone calls. Your room devices will let you order room service, find out what is happening in the city and much more. Daily complimentary mineral water.

  23. How much is a taxi?

    It obviously depends on when and where you would like to go. You’ll find the most popular routes and indications of prices listed on the room’s smart TV. Here are some examples:
