  1. Can I park at the hotel?

    PURO Hotel Gdańsk offers a secure underground car park with 4 places. The daily rate for parking is PLN 80.

  2. How do I get to the hotel?

    PURO Hotel Gdańsk is located in the city centre, 2 minutes’ walk from the Dluga Street. Nearest tram and bus stations are only 5 minutes’ walk away. From Lech Walesa airport it takes about 30 minutes by a car or taxi or 40 minutes by bus no 210.

  3. Do you provide a shuttle service?

    Unfortunately not, but we cooperate with local taxi services – our hosts will be happy to arrange a transfer for you.

  4. Are there any extra fees?

    Breakfast – unless included in the room rate - is 50 PLN per person. Using the hotel’s car park costs 80 PLN per night.
    City tax – 2,17 PLN/person/day

  5. Can I come with a child / can I have an extra bed in my room?

    Yes, we provide baby cots free of charge.
    The price for children: till 6 yrs. – free of charge in parents room.
    Children between 6-12 yrs. – 50% of price in parents room.

  6. Will I receive confirmation when I book?

    Yes, it will be sent to your email account automatically.

  7. How do I cancel my reservation?

    You need to log in to your account, enter your reservation reference together with your surname and then follow instructions.

  8. I forgot my password for log in – what do I do?

    Simply email us at gdansk@purohotel.pl and we will send you a new one.

  9. What is the check in / check out time?

    Check-in 14.00, check-out 12.00 noon.

  10. Where can I find the best room rate?

    All of the best rates can be found on our website.

  11. Which credit cards do you accept?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express.

  12. Why do I need to check-in myself?

    We want to make life easy for you. Using the self-service check-in avoids having to queue. Self-check-in takes, on average, only about 40 seconds!

  13. Will I receive a receipt?

    Yes, it will be sent directly to your email address.

  14. How many hotel-rooms offer disabled access?

    1 of our rooms have been specially designed and adapted to provide high-quality access for disabled guests.

  15. Can I bring a dog to stay in the hotel?

    Yes, you can, dogs are very welcome. 

  16. Can I leave my luggage somewhere?

    Yes! We will look after your luggage.

  17. Do you provide room service? Can I order food in my room?

    Room service is available from 12:00 till 22:30. Menu a’ la carte is available to order from 12:00 noon till 22.30.

  18. How can I make a phone call outside the hotel / abroad?

    You can use the tablet in your room to do this by pressing the ‘Phone’ icon. You will need to know the international prefix (for international calls). If you don’t know or aren’t sure, you can find this information on the room’s smart TV.

  19. How much are phone calls?

    We offer a package of free of charge phone calls.

  20. Is there a restaurant at puro Gdańsk?

    INK Restaurant is open from 12:00 noon until 22:30 and is located on “0” floor just next to the front desk.

  21. Is there air conditioning in the room?

    Yes, and you can control it.
